In tyre, tread, or compound inspection, human errors can lead to huge losses. Our Visual Inspection Stations use high-resolution cameras, industrial vision sensors, and machine learning algorithms to detect defects such as cracks, burns, air pockets, or profile mismatches.

Packing Machine – Automated Dispatch-Ready Packaging

Cryogenic Machine – Precision Deflashing for Rubber Parts

We provide cryogenic deflashing systems for high-precision rubber and plastic parts such as seals, gaskets, or valves. Using liquid nitrogen and tumbling/blasting, our machines achieve consistent finish without affecting part geometry.
