Downstream line – Rubber Compounding Machinery
Mixer Entry Chute
-
Positioned directly beneath the Intermix or Banbury mixer, the Mixer Entry Chute plays a crucial role in guiding hot
-
Rubber discharge directly into the dump mill.
-
Designed for robust handling of high-temperature compounds
-
Ensures safety and containment of rubber discharge
-
Custom-fit design based on mixer output configuration
-
Minimizes material wastage and improves operator ergonomics
Inclined Belt Conveyor
-
The Inclined Belt Conveyor transfers the processed rubber sheet from the dump mill to the batch-off machine.
-
Independent DOL starter panel provided for individual operation
-
Inclined design enables smooth upward movement of hot rubber sheets
-
Heavy-duty construction ensures long-term performance under heat and load
-
Optional speed control for process flexibility
Batch-Off Machine
The Batch-Off Machine is the final stage of the downstream line, designed to cool, handle, and stack the rubber sheet for storage or further use. It integrates multiple functional zones:
-
Infeed Conveyor
Receives rubber sheet from the inclined conveyor and feeds it into the cooling section.
-
Dip Tank
Cools the rubber sheet using water-based immersion. Optional anti-stick additives can be integrated.
-
Festoon Unit
Temporarily stores the sheet in a looped formation to extend cooling time. Provides even cooling and sheet relaxation Prevents surface deformation
-
Outfeed Conveyor
Collects the cooled rubber sheet for stacking.
-
Wig-Wag Unit
Distributes the rubber sheet uniformly across the pallet width. Programmable stroke control Minimizes manual intervention
-
Palletizing Unit
Organizes cooled rubber sheets into manageable stacks for easy transport and storage.
